1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Did You See?, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the app.
2. Purpose of the App
Did You See? is a mobile game designed to provide entertaining visual memory and number memory challenges. The app is not a medical, psychological, educational, or professional assessment tool.
Scores, levels, and statistics shown in the app are part of the game experience only and should not be interpreted as a diagnosis or professional measurement of intelligence, memory capacity, health, or cognitive performance.
3. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Poy Games grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use Did You See? for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- use the app for unlawful purposes,
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive the app's source code except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law,
- interfere with or attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or operation of the app,
- copy, reproduce, or distribute Poy Games trademarks, designs, graphics, text, or other protected content without authorization.
4. Accounts and Registration
Did You See? currently does not require a user account or membership. Game scores, preferences, and certain statistics may be stored locally on your device.
5. Game Data and Progress
Scores, high scores, levels, and preferences stored on your device may be lost if the app is uninstalled, app data is cleared, you change devices, or a technical problem occurs.
Poy Games does not guarantee that locally stored game progress will always be preserved or transferable to another device.
6. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services provided by Google, including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, for usage analytics and crash/error reporting.

7. Intellectual Property
The Did You See? application, the Poy Games brand, app name, design elements, text, graphics, sounds, logos, and other app-specific content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong to their respective rights holders.
These Terms of Use do not transfer any ownership rights in the app or its content to you.
8. Changes, Updates, and Discontinuation
Poy Games may modify, update, temporarily suspend, or discontinue features, game mechanics, design elements, supported platforms, or other parts of the app from time to time.
We aim to provide a safe and stable experience where reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee that the app will always operate without interruption or error.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Poy Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with applicable laws and these Terms of Use when using the app. Misuse of the app, attempts to damage its technical infrastructure, or infringement of the rights of others are prohibited.
11. Children and Parents
If the app is used by a child, a parent or legal guardian is encouraged to supervise the child's use of the app and relevant device settings. The app does not directly ask users to provide a name, email address, or phone number.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated if the app's features, business model, services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the app after updated terms take effect may constitute acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer rights available to you remain unaffected.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules or other mandatory legal provisions that may apply to you.
