Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how data is processed in the Did You See? mobile application developed by Poy Games.

Last updated: September 6, 2026

1. General Information

Did You See? is a mobile game featuring visual memory and number memory challenges. Poy Games processes limited data where necessary to operate the app, understand its use, improve the experience, and diagnose technical problems.

The app currently does not require a user account and does not directly ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The app does not currently display advertising, track precise location, or record audio through the microphone.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Certain information may be stored locally on your device to preserve game progress and preferences, including:

  • game scores, high scores, and levels reached,
  • local statistics relating to correct and incorrect answers,
  • sound and vibration preferences,
  • your app language preference.

This locally stored information is not uploaded by Poy Games to a user account. Clearing the app's data through your device settings or uninstalling the app may delete this local information.

3. Firebase Analytics

Did You See? uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how the app is used and to improve the game experience.

Analytics may process app usage events and technical information, including examples such as:

  • app opens, screen views, and session events,
  • starting the Visual Memory or Number Memory game,
  • game type, score, and level reached when a game ends,
  • in-game interactions such as continuing a game or playing again,
  • viewing the statistics screen and changing the app language,
  • app-instance identifiers, app lifecycle information, and general technical information,
  • an advertising identifier where available and approximate location information that may be derived from a masked IP address.

This information is used to understand usage trends, evaluate app performance, and improve features. Poy Games does not add your name, email address, or an in-app user account identifier to the Analytics events it sends.

4. Firebase Crashlytics

Did You See? uses Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to identify crashes and stability problems and to help us fix technical issues.

When an error or crash occurs, Crashlytics may process technical information such as:

  • crash reports and stack traces,
  • relevant application state at the time of a crash,
  • device model, operating system, app version, and similar device/app metadata,
  • Crashlytics and Firebase installation identifiers,
  • session information and diagnostic logs that may include app interactions occurring near a crash.

This information is used to monitor app stability, diagnose errors, and resolve technical problems.

5. Third-Party Service Provider

Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics operate through Firebase infrastructure provided by Google LLC and related Google entities. As a result, the technical and usage information described above may be processed by Firebase/Google in accordance with the applicable service terms and privacy practices.

For more information about Firebase data processing and security practices, please visit Privacy and Security in Firebase.

6. Sharing and Selling of Data

Poy Games does not sell data obtained through the app for data-brokerage or independent advertising purposes. Data may be processed by service providers such as Google/Firebase to provide the analytics, crash reporting, and app infrastructure services described above.

Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by applicable law or where necessary to comply with a valid legal obligation.

7. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data. Data collected by Firebase Analytics is encrypted in transit using TLS, and Firebase services apply technical safeguards designed to protect processed information.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Game information stored locally remains on your device. You can remove it by clearing the app's data through your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

Retention periods for Analytics and Crashlytics data processed through Firebase are subject to the configuration and retention policies applicable to those Firebase/Google services. Poy Games uses such information for the purposes described in this policy.

Because the app does not currently provide user accounts, there is no account-deletion feature. If you have a privacy, deletion, or information request concerning your data, you may contact Poy Games using the contact details below.

9. Children's Privacy

Did You See? does not directly ask users to provide a name, email address, or phone number. The app's intended audience and age rating should be considered together with the information shown in the application store through which the app is distributed.

If a parent or legal guardian believes that information relating to their child has been processed improperly through the app, they may contact Poy Games.

10. App Permissions

Did You See? does not request microphone recording or precise location access. Features such as sound effects and vibration are used only to support the game experience.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app's features, services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.

12. Contact

If you have questions, requests, or feedback about this Privacy Policy or the app's data practices, you can contact Poy Games.
